Came across this sharing done at my workplace and was surprised to see there’s a course on Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and the percentage that 1 in 7 Singaporeans has experienced mental health issues 😱

In an era where mental health issues are getting more prominent, the call to action is clear. It’s time to elevate our workplaces and communities by empowering individuals with crucial skills to effectively respond to mental health challenges.

Hence you can download or google “Intellect” to view their course offerings or get to reach out to a Care Navigator to discuss your wellbeing needs. It seems that they are one of the few local providers who take mental health seriously.

With the enhanced mental health literacy, I hope that it will foster a supportive culture where we will feel empowered to discuss mental well-being. 💁🏻‍♀️
