Date Night Spots in Brooklyn

After living across three boroughs of New York City over the past 11 years, I can easily say that Brooklyn is my favorite. My partner and I often seek out different kinds of date nights in the area, so I’m sharing some favorites here:

🍗The waterfront neighborhood of Red Hook is perfect for a warm summer day. Grab lunch at Hometown Bar-B-Que (but be prepared to wait in line), shop for candles at Apotheke, and cool off with a glass at The Red Hook Winery.

🎥Enjoy movie night with a side of sunset & city views at Skyline Drive In NYC in Greenpoint. This neighborhood also houses some of the best restaurants in the city!

☕️I always love a good coffee date, and Brooklyn offers some of the most quaint, intimate locations. Some favorites include Cafe Regular, Kos Kaffe, and Public Records.

🍃 Prospect Park is my absolute favorite park in the city. From spring to fall we enjoy frequent picnic dates here. You can also make a full day of it by visiting the Brooklyn Museum and/or Brooklyn Botanic Garden!
