how i fell in love with food again

a little vulnerable post but this is a topic that is a big issue in the world today that i never thought i would deal with!!

i actually never thought i had a problem until i started hearing comments on my appearance left and right and i fed off of them, i loved them until my doctor expressed a lot of concern for me and sent me to a nutritionist.

such issues caused me to have deficiencies with vitamins and i was more prone to stress fractures which was crazy to me because i never understood what could happen if i stopped eating,

now i am better and here is how i fell in love with food again🩷
