I sold my clothes to Refash & here’s my review 💸🤔👗

I’ve been progressively decluttering my used clothes since 2023 and I recently tried selling some to Refash’s instant cash out event 👀 

I always see these being promoted on IG, and I’ve seen reviews saying the payout is generally low (true). But at this point, I was so desperate to declutter my clothes that weren’t selling on Carou that I just went for it! Here’s what you can expect based on my experience:

👗CLOTHES I BROUGHT

- I brought a little over 10pcs, which is the minimum amount!

- Consisted of womenswear and some activewear in very good condition! However, my items aren’t super ON TREND rn as I was donating stuff I bought more than a year ago

- They have a list of preferred brands and I tried to include items that matched this: H&M, ZARA, Pomelo, The Editors Market, ASOS, and some Cotton On pieces (which I later found out aren’t preferred)

👗THE EXPERIENCE

- You will be asked to fill out a form where they stipulate their pricing structure and show pictures of what they would accept while they sort through your clothes

- Took less than 10 minutes for them to sort everything out and give me a quotation, which is a huge plus ✔️

- Rejected like half of my pile LMAO. Most of the Cotton On pieces were rejected even in good condition 🫠

- The total amount I got…drumroll…was JUST $5 😭😂 You can get 50% more if you accept it in Refash points I believe.

- After getting your quote, you can reject or accept and let them know if you wanna donate the rest of your rejected pile. I believe most customers just accept this quote cuz they alr went through the process of lugging everything there etc.

TLDR: This should be your last recourse or fallback only if nothing else works; If you have brand new clothes that you bought more recently, def try to sell them on Carou or other platforms first!!💰#SocialDiscussion #GirlTalk #Adulting101 #decluttering #RealTalk
