🩺2023 Self Reflection🪩

As I reflect back on 2023 it marked my two year mark as a Registered Nurse at the children’s Hospital, a dream of mine that I had for so long🥹 During school it never felt possible, it felt like I was never going to get through it. I took day by day however and after all of my breakdowns, sacrifices, worries, and work, it was all finally worth it! Since becoming an RN I have honed in on pediatric mental health and I feel like this is exactly what I was meant to do. In 2023 I finally felt comfortable in decision making and leading the unit.
