Tamago Sando

Probably the most viral thing about Japan is their 711 food. If I lived in Japan, I would absolutely never cook and solely survive on their 711 food.

Anyways, here’s one of their viral classic meals and it’s the tamago sando. It’s simply bread, boiled eggs and kewpie mayo. I mixed sugar and regular mayo because kewpie mayo was ridiculously expensive in Mexico City 😅

What makes the Sando truly special is their bread. Japanese bread is the softest, slightly sweet, rich and very decadent. It’s really hard to find in the U.S unless you go to a true Japanese grocery store or buy online.
