Hale Yoga Studios Got me in love with Aerial Yoga

I first tried aerial yoga back in Malaysia and my experience wasn’t great. My arms were super sore and I felt like the class was extremely hard. I decided to give it a try again when I moved to Singapore 🇸🇬.

With my first experience I realised I was focusing too much of my energy ok my arms and did not use my core strength at all. This made me felt like I lost my arms after the class. On my second try of aerial yoga at Hale Yoga Studios, I focused more of my energy on my core and drop my preconceived perception on the difficulty of it.

I managed to replicate poses from my first aerial yoga experience is an almost effortless way thanks to the precise step to step & tips guidance by the instructors at Hale Yoga Studios. I really recommend their classes for beginners. I’ve tired almost 3-4 classes (orchard & tanjong pagar) from then and I have to say their instructor’s standards are quite consistent!

They gave clear instructions and pay attention to your form to ensure you allow your body to move freely without pain. They’re also welcoming of yogis of any levels. After going to their classes I gradually fell in love with aerial yoga! 🧘🏻‍♀️ Was able to find peace and relaxation in it instead of pain and fear. 😌
