Lemon8 package

I am so excited right now, a few days ago I received a package from lemon8 which were there makeup blenders shaped in lemons which are so cute, still havent used em as i feel bad using them and ruining them but they are super soft. And today I received these cute bag filled with a bunch of cute stuff inside a clear shiny pouch/bag, a bow headband, 3 hair clips, and like a yellow tag. I honestly can't wait to use them. Not sure what's the yellow like name tag for tho, do you know what it's for please let me know.
