Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes 🧄🌿
Ingredients:
1 lb baby potatoes, cut in half
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper, as per taste
Instructions: Boil the Potatoes:
Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the baby potatoes and let them boil for 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and keep aside.
Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until aromatic but not burnt.
Make it Creamy:
Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir continuously and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add Cheese:
Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into a smooth, creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Potatoes and Sauce:
Toss the boiled potatoes in the skillet with the sauce, ensuring they are fully coated.
Garnish and Serve:
