The BEST Spa in Tulsa

Sometimes you need to be pampered 💆🏻‍♀️

Every city is smattered with spas, aestheticians, and plastic surgery offices, so it can be difficult to find reputable places!

Plus, as a vegan, I have an added layer of requirements for my service providers. This is obviously personal preference, but I can totally tell a difference in the quality of products when I go to vegan providers!

So when I found Mon Amie spa in Tulsa, I was SO happy. This is a fully vegan spa AND cafe. When you arrive, the decor is super cute. As you get your nails done, they offer you complimentary drinks from the cafe or you can order a snack. They also give AMAZING facials & massages.

Plus, I think they’re pretty affordable! The owner is there every single time I go, and I am definitely a repeat customer.

Finding time to dedicate to self care is something I’m working on, so this spa will have to become part of my monthly routine.
