You MUST stop here if ever in Michigan!🤩🤌🏽

My friend & I checked out this local downtown restaurant called the toasted pickle after our long hike near Lake Michigan. The architecture of the building was quaint, cute and super green ofc to follow the pickle theme.

I ended up getting a Sixie from Dixie which is a fun name for turkey sandwich, their crispy kettle Mac n cheese and pina colada lemonade. (fun fact: which they freshly squeeze every morning!) The sandwich was simple yet SO GOOD especially on the grilled sourdough and their freshly smoked turkey. The Mac n cheese was definitely a little more creamy than cheesy but the kettle chips on top definitely helped to add more flavor and crunch. I also got a HUGE pickle on the side which was juicy, cold and delicious (sadly I didn’t capture it😔).The pina colada lemonade was so so refreshing after that long hike. 😮‍💨🍍

I highly recommend stopping by The Toasted Pickle if ever in Michigan or already are a resident! 😄💛
