I weigh 110-115.
My goal is to get anywhere between 110 to 130 g of protein a day :) I normally start my day with a late breakfast , some would called it a brunch 😋 at 11-12. I tend to eat lunch around 3-4. If I feel hungry, I will eat some snacks throughout the day (my favorite snack is shrimp with cocktail sauce). I always try to eat a carb before working out, something light like a rice crispy treat. I will have a hefty dinner after the gym around 6-7, and most likely a little snack before bed :)
