Why YOU should start posting on Lemon8 🍋✏️

I’ve been posting on Lemon8 for 7 months now and it has fully integrated into my lifestyle😝. At first, I found myself using any free time to think and plan content but recently, I’ve been procrastinating work to do more lemon8 content 🤣 My Lemon8 journey has been fun & therapeutic and here are my reasons why YOU should start posting too:

1️⃣ You Deserve to Be Heard

Everyone has a story and you deserve to tell it your way. Every individual has gone through their life with a unique back story, decisions they’ve made, and opinions they’ve formed. All these opinions matter—even yours AND we want to hear from you!!!

2️⃣ You Have The Power to Help Others

As small as introducing a product that you like, you might just help someone make the right purchase instead of making a mistake; or as big as life-changing decisions, sharing your experiences can help others to make their own decisions or find like-minded people and feel less alone. I’m not sure what kind of content you’ll be making, but I’m sure the bigger the pool of genuine & helpful information there is, the more it’ll help others.

3️⃣ Power to the People

I think the notion that we get our information from individuals rather than major news channels is just fascinating to me. When I studied media theories in the past for school, news channels & billboards were still big media outlets. Years have passed and my media consumption right now is basically fully social media at this point. I think it’s powerful that ANYONE can put out a message and deserve a platform.

4️⃣ Find Your People

After sharing and speaking up, you’ll eventually create a pool of your own audience and followers—this is your community. With a pool of your people, you’ll feel less alone in this crazy world.

5️⃣ Get Out of The Shadows, It’s Time to Be Seen

It doesn’t matter how high or low your statistics are, there will be people seeing your posts. You’ll never know how it will be unless you try. When you put yourself out there, the universe is able to bring forward so many more opportunities. Not only individuals, your favourite brands, or PR firms might just contact you as well. To allow miracles and magic into your life, you first have to step out of your comfort zone ✨💖

Release the notion of what content creation and influencers are AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN. If you ever felt compelled to share something online—just do it. It doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s posts. If you’re worried about the statistics, everything starts from 0, you have to start SOMEWHERE.
