Spinning around the world: KL edition 🇲🇾

Just came back from a short trip from KL and you know ya girl needs to try the local spin studios heh. And without hesitation, booked PWRHOUSE cus I’ve heard so many good things about it!

There are 2 studios in KL and I went to the Starling one since there’s a Montigo shop there that I can check out for my cheap bottle hehe (can check out my post here! Location was a ~15 minutes ride from city centre.

For all my girlies out there that has ClassPass - please book through there. 5 credits (~$12) while the drop-in price for a class was ~$25 which is almost double the price 😨

Class wise the instructor focused not only on the right but also the left, and the music was super on point! There’s 3 different levels of class (from easiest to hardest) - Foundation, Activate and Elevate. Personally went for Elevate and defo got a good sweat in 💦
