Sweat it out!: Circuit training edition 🥵💦

Idk about you but there are periods of time where I get really bored with going to the gym and doing my routines - and that’s when I go for circuit training classes to ✨spice✨ things up heh.

Sooo here are #MyTop3 favourite circuit training studios!

1️⃣ R10T

Their workouts are never easy but soooo darn worth it. Always find myself sore (which I rarely do tbh) after attending classes here!

2️⃣ Ministry of Fitness

Think your old school kinda CrossFit gym but upgraded - that’s what they are hahaha. Special mention that they’re relatively affordable on CP compared to the rests of the studios 💰

3️⃣ Anarchy

Similar to R10T’s concept with a way bigger training area. Another studio that I get those calories burned real quick!
