As someone who loves perfume (a little bit too much I guess), when I was given the task to plan the itinerary, I knew I had to some sort of activity or class to make the whole trip fun.

I’ve always wanted to make my own perfume, so as I was doing my research, I came across First Aid Kiss House of Scents located in SIAMSQUARE 1. There were tons of activities to choose from - from making a big inhaler to making perfume balm.

I decided to go ahead with DIY Perfume Mist and made a booking online through their website. I chatted with them via IG if it was necessary to make a booking, which they say was not but advisable since it could get crowded and you may not be able to secure a slot if you just do walk-in.

Their price ranges from 799 baht (approx. $31+ SGD) for one set to 1,797 baht (approx. $71+ SGD) for three set, which works about 599 baht (approx. $23+ SGD) for one should you do the three set. By set, it means the number of activity/class you are doing. Let’s say you wanted to do a DIY Perfume Mist and DIY Inhaler - this would consider as 2 sets.

The set for Perfume Mist consists of 1x 30ml bottle, 1x 10ml bottle and 1x refill bottle for your perfume. There are many scents to choose from, and decorations on how you want to design your perfume bottle. You can choose up to three scents, which I went with Fresh Aqua, Water Lily and Sandalwood.

Overall experience was very fun; me and my friend had such a blast smelling the scents and deciding which to go for. The price is super affordable as well, especially you get two perfume bottles with one refill. Do note that there are staff who are not very fluent in English, so it might take them awhile to understand but they are super friendly. Honestly, would definitely go back and try other activities, like the DIY Big Inhaler.
