🍁 Today I made a Pumpkin Cheesecake! It just might be my new favorite fall dessert of all time! It’s SO yummy and very easy to make. It’s the perfect quick dessert for a special occasions, friend or family gatherings or a sweet treat for a night in on the weekend. 🎃

🍁 I listed the photo steps I did to make it above, and the step by step instructions below you’ll need to follow to make it. Above are what I used & recommend for this recipe! I purchased everything from Amazon Fresh delivery.

🍁🎃 YOU WILL NEED:

Graham cracker crust, vanilla jello, milk, canned pumpkin, no-bake cheesecake filling, cool whip topping, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla syrup or vanilla extract.

🥣 RECIPE STEPS:

1️⃣ 🎃 Create homemade or buy a graham cracker crust. If you’re making a homemade crust, let it sit for 15 in the freezer after making it. (Your choice though!) I bought a graham crust instead to make it easier for myself.

2️⃣ 🎃 Prepare Filling.

Add 1 box of vanilla pudding into a bowl.

Add 1 and a half cups of cold milk. (Mix with whisk)

Add 1 cup of canned pumpkin to that mixture. (Mix)

Use 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice for flavor. (Mix)

Add vanilla extract or syrup (Your choice) Mix.

⭐️ Once everything is combined- set it to the side!

3️⃣ 🎃 Back to the graham cracker crust!

Layer one container of the No-Bake Cheesecake Filling on top of the crust.

⭐️Spread evenly.

4️⃣ 🎃 Next, add the pumpkin pudding mixture you made on top of the No-Bake cheesecake!

⭐️ Spread evenly.

5️⃣ 🎃 Lastly, the top layer is one container of cool whip topping. ⭐️ Spread evenly. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving (if you’re in a rush.) If you want it firm and cheesecake like- sit in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours. I let mine sit in the freezer. Top it off with pumpkin pie spice if you like or not! I did.
