Dining at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Royal, at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa , was an unforgettable experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the elegant dining room with breathtaking views of the vineyards, I knew I was in for a treat. 🍾

We opted for the Discover Menu at $140 per person. Each course was a masterpiece, expertly crafted with seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques. The flavors were a harmonious dance on the palate, leaving me utterly mesmerized by the chef's creativity and skill. 👩🏼‍🍳

To elevate the experience further, we decided to indulge in the fabulous Champagne pairings at $80 per person. At first I was skeptical about pairing each dish with Champagne, but the sommelier's selections perfectly complemented each dish, enhancing the flavors and providing an unrivaled gastronomic adventure. To make it even more special, each champagne was either from a woman producer or winemaker to celebrate Women’s History Month. 🍇🍾

From the first sip to the last bite, I savored every moment, reveling in the luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and the symphony of tastes and bubbles. This dining experience was incredible and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Champagne region of France. 🥂
