I started avidly reading last year in 2022. It was an outlet for me to get my mind off the stress of planning my wedding. I now contribute my reading habit to the reason why my anxiety is so much better these days. I used to be prone to panic attacks at night but I’ve traded screen time and “overthinking time” for reading. I’ve read over 60+ books in the past year and just wanted to share some 5 favorites from my collection.
