Why you should move to FiDi in NYC

I’ve lived in a few different neighborhoods in NYC, but so far I’ve lived in FiDi the longest. Is it my dream neighborhood? No. But it has proven to be the right place for me in this current season of life. I’ve really grown to love living down here for the last 2.5 years. Especially because I’ve been able to pay less than $1600 and have access to two big rooftops, elevators, massive laundry rooms, a gym, doormen, dishwasher, ice maker, and so much more. You can really get a lot more bang for your buck down here and the neighborhood is quite nice too. Here are a few reasons why (and why you should consider moving here too):
