Lazy girl version

Hey guys! I’m Candice, a work from home girly, wife, and mom of 3! I’m in my early twenties and I’m currently trying to live a healthier lifestyle. As a young mom I honestly have no time to eat. My kids are 5, 6, & 2 and most of the time I’m eating their leftovers or snacking all day long. I’m currently on an SSRI for my OCD and Anxiety symptoms and have gained over 25lbs in about a year and a half. I am 5’2 and about 175 right now. One of the reasons I wanted to be a young mom was to have the energy to run around and play with my kiddos and as of right now, my weight and my eating habits cause me to feel incredibly low energy. Im over it at this point. Im ready to nourish my body, mind, and soul so if you can relate to wanting to get out of a funk, eat better, read more books, spend time with God, and get physically healthy again, follow along and let’s do it together! 🫶🏻✨💋
