If you don’t like running but have thought about getting into it, all you need is to blast some good songs and pretend you’re in a dystopian movie and you’ll be able to run forever.

There is something so freeing about running off all your stress while listening to rhythmic music, and running to the beat is pretty fun. I have found a huge new passion for running this past year, as someone who never liked long distance, but now I look forward to it.

Here is a couple of songs I play every time I run, if you’d like some other recs; I mainly just binge Noah Kahan and Hozier.
