I am always looking on this app for new recipes to try throughout the week so I thought I would share with you some of the food that I made today for some inspiration! ✨
Breakfast - peanut butter & blueberry toast 🫐
Ingredients:
- English muffin
- Bluberries
- Peanut butter
- Hemp seeds
I love this breakfast because it’s so fast and easy but also so good and filling!
Lunch - Chickpea protein bowl 🍲
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Chicken
- Cherry tomatoes
- Feta cheese
- Cilantro lime dressing for the sauce
This also is such a quick and easy lunch, but so filling and filled with protein.
Dinner - Chicken & veggie rice bowl 🍚
Ingredients:
- Rice
- Chicken
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Cilantro lime dressing for sauce
One of my go to dinners is any variation of a rice bowl, and this one was so good with the mushrooms and onions! 🥹
