After running this small business for over 2 years now, here are #MyTop3 things i wish i knew before starting 🌊

#1 Not every product will be a hit 📉

Some products may sell out immediately and other might move really slowly 🥸 but that is ok, you can only learn from your past experiences, since things that works for others may not work for you 📝

#2 In the first year (or longer) you’re probably not going to be profitable 🥶🔥

It’s takes a lot of time and money to grow a business! From pop ups to product and packaging, you’ll be spending more than you can earn 😳 it’s wise to start with some decent savings so that you won’t feel too stress to succeed in the first year and quit too early. All good things take time!

#3 the grind never stops 🕚🕦🕞🕕

You are trading a 9-6 for a 24/7 🫡 Being a solopruneur means there’s no stable income 🥴 Make sure this is something you really enjoy since you need to be disciplined enough to not spend your days doomscrolling social media or binging netflix 🫣 That said, make sure to not burnout either 🫠
