Best ramen in DMV

A new ramen spot opened up in nova! This was the best ramen I’ve had in northern Virginia, but keep in mind the wait can be long (I waited for an hour and I got there for dinner at 4:30pm on a Sunday). I loved the chewy texture of the noodles and the broth was so delicious. Once we were seated, we got our food pretty fast.

I got the spicy kyushu ramen and my friends ordered the white garlic Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu.

There is also a cute cafe next to it (Kyoto Matcha) so my friends and ordered dessert and sat at the cafe while we waited for our table.
