at first look, the interior was wood themed, ofc to aid in the acoustics of the cafe 👀 and you do not need to raise your voice as much as compared to other places !

🍳egg in a hole ~ $14

the yolk is the star here 🤩 the runny egg yolk paired so well with the cheese! at every bite, you can taste the eggyness and as an egg lover — I LOVE IT ♥️ the addition of the yolk was definitely a delight!

the juicy mushrooms are nestled in the melted cheese and runny yolk on a slab of sourdough toast. this was essentially all my favourite ingredients on a toast!

🥓breakfast at acoustics ~ $24

this was a spread — scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes, sausages, bacon, salad and sourdough toast 👌🏻

the mushrooms are juicy like the egg in the hole! and the scrambled eggs were CREAMY AND SEASONED WELL 😌 not too over cooked. the cheesy sausage had pockets of cheese oozing out while the slow baked tomato was garlicky which i pretty liked and I don’t eat tomatoes !! 👀👀 while the candied bacon was sweet but it wasn’t as crispy as I wanted it to be… nevertheless, the whole bountiful plate was a joy to my eyes and palate 😮‍💨

the slice of carrot cake was moist, not too overly sweet and nutty!! the cream on top of it was sweet and light. and I think the best thing was they definitely didn’t scrimp on walnuts as numerous fresh walnuts were sprinkled on top of the cream !

👩🏻‍🍳 the ambience was quiet and serene on a weekday afternoon! and foresee it being a great place to have a nice cup of coffee while studying or just chilling 😌 def have to eat their egg in a hole again!
