Vintage Girly OOTD w/ my favorite Vintage Dress

The dress has a calm yet less-saturated pattern & big collars that screams vintage. The material is very soft, it has a fitting waist & A-line cutting. To create a retro look which needs more pop-up colors. I decided to choose one accent color, which is "Red", and apply it on my pump heels & canvas tote bag.
