One of the best way to get cheap Broadway tickets is thought in-person rush policies. They’re available the day of a performance at select shows when the box office opens (usually 10am Tuesday-Saturday and 12pm on Sundays) and it’s a great way to see a Broadway show for less than $50.

Some theaters offer better seats than others. Lempicka for example, offers front row, while others might offer extreme side partial-view orchestra seats or rear mezzanine seats. They’re usually not the best view in the theater, so if you are picky this may not be for you.
