I’m no longer trying to have a “consistent” diet. When I learned about the different phases of my cycle I’ve decided to eat according to how I feel and crave and I’ve noticed my cravings are pretty dang consistent with science.
FOLLICULAR PHASE: the 1-2 weeks after menstrual cycle.
ENERGY: higher, less appetite EAT: light meals or fasting, raw fruit & veggies, lean protein, fermented foods, flax, pepitas
MOVE: high intensity (intervals, jogging, hiking, cardio, heavy strength training)
FOCUS: productivity phase
