Calling my college it girls!!

Real talk ladies. I’m an adrenaline junkies w a passion for socializing. I also have a horrible tendency to self harm and sabotage. I love drinking and going out and going crazy but it feels like the only things there are to do in college is centered around meeting ppl and flirting which is a big no since I have a bf. I want to go out and have fun w my friends but it’s just not the same for me as it is them. Plus the drinking, while a fun extracurricular, is starting to have a bigger hold then I’d like. I used to be able to get shit faced, asleep around 3, wake up at 6 and go on my day productive and happy but now I wake up late and if someone half mentions alc I’m following them. I’ll drink any time of day and will look for any excuse to do so. I’ve stopped going to the gym. Stopped journaling and stopped caring about what I eat. It’s just very unlike me and I want to change before I get too bad (because I know that’s where it will lead) but I don’t really know any alternatives. I know I’m something bigger then this shitty cycle so if anyone has any tips or advice please please share :)
