Calling all makeup lovers 💘
You know when you’re having one of those days where you’re not feeling great and you just need a reminder that you *can* be THAT girl.
Well this makeup routine is on the basics side, but yet ✨glowy✨
📝My suggestions to nail this look would be:
-Make sure the foundation matches your skin color, so it looks more assertive and natural.
-Don’t put concealer so close to your eye, but rather keep it where the actual dark spots or bags are.
-If you’re using stick or cream contour like me, go over it again with powdered contour or bronzer.
-Blush, take it from your temples almost up to the nose. It gives a more sunkissed look.
-For your brows you can always fill them out (I didn’t) but I’d say the more realistic instead of makeup-y the better. I used a clear gel.
-For the transition shade I’d suggest earth tones, you can go lighter or darker. And I added just a bit of pinky white eyeshadow to the lid.
-Eyeliner could be either liquid or shadow. In my case, I used a brush and a pencil liner to create a defined but more smoky effect.
-Highlight to define the nose and the eye is key. I used a liquid product, and I applied it on the corner of my eyes, nose and under the brow.
-Mascara I’d suggest posting the lashes to the side, to create a more almond shape instead of round.
-Lip liner and gloss to match but enhance the color of my lips.
-And I finished it off with setting spray.
