ABOUT ME 🫶🏻

Hi everyone, my name is Bailey!

+ I am a 25 year old fitness entrepreneur living in southern Utah 🏜️

+ I am originally from a small town in central Wisconsin where me and my husband, Zach met in kindergarten & started dating in 8th grade! I also was the valedictorian of my graduating class❣️

+ We just became parents in December to a beautiful little girl named Marlow Marie 🌸

+ We have two morkies, Ziggy & Jax 🐶

+ After quitting playing collegiate volleyball after one semester, I transferred colleges & pursued nursing school at the University of Minnesota & graduated in 2020 with my BSN! I worked as a trauma ICU nurse before pursuing my online fitness business full time 🩺

+ I started my business Body Fit Balance LLC during nursing school because I had a passion for fitness & helping others start their fitness journeys in a healthy & sustainable way! 🫶🏻

+ I can squat more than most men 🤣 my all time max is 345 lbs! 🏋🏼‍♀️

+ I could easily eat my bodyweight in chips & queso, for real the limit does not exist 🤣

+ I am a perfectionist & also a slight control freak 😅 I just love things done MY way, anyone else???

+ I love the “minimalist approach” to life — the more I have, the more clutter there is & the more stressed out I am — I love organizing & decluttering spaces to make me feel more at peace, especially at home! 🪴
