Bina rumah atas tanah

We are in our 30s when all of our friends are busy searching for their first house. At first, we are not stressed at all because our aim is to live in a rented house, while enjoying travel oversea twice a year. That was our first plan. But things change when this rented house of ours starts to come out with problems ie, bumbung bocor in many places, taik burung, cicak and sometimes tikus (luar rumah), cat start terkopek fro ceiling, dinding and other masalah too akibat rumah lama. We repaired the most urgent things, but not everything as it needs a huge amount of money.

After months of thinking & brainstorming, we decided to buy a land that is near to our relative's house. It is in a not-so village area and not too far from the city too. To me it is a jackpot in term place but not in terms of its price. Win some lose some 😆

So there you go, my house building diary! I just want to keep the process here or maybe can help anyone who has the same aim as us.
