I went to this retro american style diner called

“joji’s diner”

They are serving all day American breakfast!

I love how the bistro perfectly decorated with all retro stuff and some are newly designed. The ambiance wise was okay, only the scratchy noise of the chairs can be disturbing and irritating 😂 We chose to sit at the sofa as we believed its more comfortable. They also have variety of layout of the table for 2 person or group of 4.

What I order:

🧇 chicken & waffle ($13.90)

🍳 All star plate ($13.50)

🧋iced chocolate ($6.50)

🧃Cucumber mint cooler ($6.50)

TASTE:

1. the chicken and waffle 🧇 rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:

taste really good! I can tell that the chicken was freshly cooked. On the table, the bistro provides ketchup and chilly sauce as well as the honey which I keep adding it onto my playe non stop (what a sinful dish 🥴). I couldn’t emphasise enough how crispy and tasty the chicken is. The waffle too, was very well cooked and crispy on the outside.

2. All star plate rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐:

perfect for someone greedy (liken y partner) why pick one when you can have it all! The portion of the plate was pretty big. The sausage was delicious but we find the scrambled egg was too blended, so we add some ketchup to go along with.

3. Iced chocolate rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐:

it was good! But I would prefer it to be thicker, for those who like more light chocolate drink, this is yoir perfect choice! It also has marshmallows on tops and I can chew it while I enjoyed your drink!

4. Cucumber 🥒 mint cooler rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sine our food was pretty heavy in carb and oily, I decided to order this drink expecting that it will freshen up my palate a little. Not suitable for someone who likes comfort drink! The taste can be pretty weird at first but after a while it was nice!

SERVICE rating /⭐⭐⭐:

for ordering it is self service, after you get the bill you can just wait for your favourite dish and the staff will deliver to your table. They are not rude but they are not smiling either, so I guess it was ok 👍🏻

Overall I would say I will go back to try other dishes! Hope you all enjoy this place like we did! 🤤😋
