My morning routine is my saving grace. It keeps me going everyday. I am not a naturally occurring morning person but because of these small habits I look so forward so my slow mornings every single day.
Each day is a little different but I find little ways to practice all of these habits. I usually begin at 7am and go until 9am practicing these things before work.
Practicing Gratitude
-This doesn't always have to be journaling but getting into a space of gratitude is key to starting my day off on the right note and getting my mind right.
Meditating
-This is life changing. All the people who are telling you to meditate are right. It works. I have never felt closer to the universe and to myself than when I am meditating. I will make a post about all the guided meditations that I love.
Vision Boarding
-Every morning I like to spend a few minutes looking at my vision board to remind myself of all the things I am working towards. It inspires me to live my best life and go after the things I want.
The Stomach
-What I put into my body first thing in the morning is so important to how if feel the rest of the day. I like to focus on cleansing my body of what I ate the day before by drinking water, having some coffee, and if I have it, I love to add green juice into the mix. It gets everything in my digestive system going.
