Spaghetti night!

My husband and I have spaghetti every Sunday night! This is the quick and easy recipe we like to use. The calorie count is absolutely horrendous, but a once a week splurge on something we both love is worth it.

I love to add whatever fresh veggies I have leftover from the week to my spaghetti, especially carrots, onions, and garlic. It adds to the nutritional content and the overall flavor! (Don’t knock carrots or leeks in your spaghetti sauce until you try them.) Just remember to finely mince everything so they incorporate into the sauce.
