I want to clarify that religious trauma is not exclusive to one faith, and universal, but I’m speaking to my experience in this one sect of Christianity and in only a few different branches of the Catholic Church 🩵

Reminder: This is just my belief I’m not enforcing it onto anyone. I admire and respect all other faith traditions, but just wanted to speak to mine as not a lot of people in the US identify as agnostic (around 1-3%).
