COME TO PILATES TEACHER TRAINING WITH ME 💖

Pilates teacher training intensive DAY 2! Today was a long one but I am having so much fun through the whole process!!

I picked up my go to drink then got to the studio around 9 am! We started in the private studio finishing up learning all the group 1 movements 🏋🏼‍♀️

Then once the classes were done for the morning we moved into the main space to work on our classes we are teaching for our test out!

LUNCH at Sweetgreen again 🥗 harvest bowl… again 🍎

We practiced teaching each other today as well! It was a blast! 🩵 we wrapped up around 7 pm! Long but productive day 💪🏼
