One of my favorite things to do during the fall is fine new places to walk so that way I can see all of the leaves changing and truly connect with nature. Connecting with nature is a great form of self care and has many overall health benefits. Look up any local trails that you may have around you that you have yet to experience and make a date with yourself to go try one out 🏃🏼‍♀️

During this time of year, there are many for your events, such as local, pumpkin patches, community pumpkin paintings, or even sport related events! If there’s something that you have been wanting to do and have no one to go with now, is the perfect time to take yourself on a solo date and have a little bit of fun. The fall is a great time to embrace our inner child. Sit down and make a list of all of the things that you used to love to do around this time when you were a child and make it a point to set a date to get back to your roots. This can help with inner healing, self growth, and self love. Think of things like pumpkin painting, watching your favorite fall movies that you haven’t seen in a while, etc. and have fun with it! 🤍
