It’s week 2 of potty training my 2.5 year old…
My little one has been uncomfortable lately, and this smoothie was a huge help in getting things… ahem… moving again!
(ps never imagined I’d be googling tropical constipation smoothies for toddlers, but here we are!)
Here’s the recipe from Healthy Little Bellies -
I’m sure it works for all ages!
GET THINGS MOVING SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup FULL FAT coconut milk (or nut milk of choice)
-3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup raspberries (I used frozen cherries bc that’s what I had!)
- 1 tbsp avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach (or zucchini)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed (or chia seed)
- optional: honey, agave, or dates for added sweetness
