Roast plum tomatoes in oven with olive oil till tender and lightly charred when finish crush your tomatoes
Boil
pasta noodles with a pinch of salt until aldente (don't over boil noodles will bake in the baking process)
Into a sauce pan sauté peppers onions and garlic purée with oil Ive oil .
Place in ground Turkey
Half way through season with all seasonings .
And in your pasta sauce (lightly season with the same seasonings used and a tlbs of sugar. Taste for your liking. Add pasta water to the sauce jar shake well and add into sauce.
Add and crush roasted tomatoes Also add in tomato paste simmer for 5 mins
Add about a cup of Parmesan cheese simmer for 5 mins
Add mozzarella
Mix in your noodles with your meat sauce (I used about 3/4 off my noodles I like my pasta saucy)
At the bottom of the baking pan as a layer of mozzarella cheese, pasta and a thick layer on top
Uncovered place in oven until cheese is melted and golden brown (30 mins 400 degrees)
Let Pasta set for 10 mins and serve@#foodrecipe
