NewYork Tasting Beef Set : 7/10

This is for 2 pax so each person gets 3 cuts of beef. Perfect char taste, grilled to perfection medium rare. They recommended you to eat it left to right as it gets fattier. The right one man,,, it’s like equivalent to A5-A6 wagyu.. super super fatty and melts in your mouth. You can’t have more than that as it will get jelat.

This was getting sooo jelat on the third or fourth mouth and the only dish we didn’t finish.

The least unexpected turned out to be one of the most deliSHHHH 😂 Also recommended by the waiter. YALL this is another must order!!!!!!! Freaking freaking crispy skin, it’s like smashed potatoes topped with garlic aioli, cheddar, fried shallot and spring onion, WHAT A COMBO 🔥🔥🔥

Coconut cake, pandan ice cream, coconut sorbet, coffee crumbles. Nicely piped meringue 🤩 Pandan and coconut never goes wrong! Loved this, just a tad bit gelat and sweet at the end 😅
