Im a 23 Year old toddlers lead teacher, ofc ...

I have been a lead teacher for 3 years now and I cant express the stress and drainage (if thats a word) I have felt! I think im experiencing burn out at my young ass age & I am ready to go . I have taught 3 year olds, 2 year olds and even have worked with 1 year olds and infants but imagine more than one baby crying at one time non stop, not for me. Here's some things I experience as a "young" educator.

-Parents underestimate me because im younger than alllll of them

-I dress young, not like a teacher 😂

-Parents dont take me serious enough and rather speak to a director when they have concerns or a problem

-Holidays seasons are the best, gifts galoreeee okay
