2. pimenton pork secreto | compressed watermelon : 8/10 tender and flavorful🌟

3. atlantic farmed salmon | cavier beurre blanc : 8/10 the beurre blac sauce was nice, must try! 🤤

4. ember’s cheesecake | almond crumble : 8/10 light, creamy, perfect for dessert lovers🍰

5. mango martini sorbet | hibicus granita : no my fave as i’m no big on mango, but it was sweet and sour!
