Self-Care are really important for our mental health. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help to manage our stress level, lower the risk of illness and increase the energy. Even small act of our daily life can give a big impact to our mental health.

Here are some tips to get you started with self-care:

1) Have a "Me Time" or "Relaxing Time"

Take a break and make time for yourself and go to any relaxing place that will gains your mood and calmness.

2) Watch your favourite movies

Looking for a good movies that will inspires you to take that well-deserved break. One of my favourite movie is "Mamma Mial". It's a musical movie. Musical will make you feel more better right? So when you are seeking for self-care day maybe you can take a look of your favourite soundtracks in this movie.

3) Stay hydrated

Drink a lot of plain water and also limit caffeinated drinks such as coffee or soft drinks.

4) Read a book

Reading is the most successful stress relievers. Give a visit to a nearby bookstore and pick any book that will give you inspire nor relieved from stress.
