Peach Blossoms - 👍🏻 Atas Chinese Dining

Peach Blossoms did what I couldn’t have done in my 20+ years of being born into my 100% traditional Asian family - It has gotten the seal of approval from my picky grandparents and parents (ALL OF THEM). 🥲

Jokes aside, it was literally one of the most worthwhile dining experiences. The hole in my wallet was 100% worth seeing the satisfaction on their faces.

Peach Blossom is an award-winning Cantonese restaurant located at level 5 of Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay. With a spacious, classy interior, and an amazing view of the city skyline, it’s the perfect place for a fancy family dinner.

It’s known for its refined dishes and innovative presentation so the entire meal was a treat to both our palates and our eyes.

Deep fried cigar roll ($28 per roll) - MUST TRY 👍🏻 Crunchy skin wrapped around a generous filling brimming with rich umami flavours, coupled with the subtle earthiness of truffle, every bite was heavenly 😍

Caramelized applewood smoked Jamon Iberico Pork Belly ($42) - absolutely glorious charsiew streaked with the perfect balance of fatty and lean meat.

Smoked duck with Angelican sauce ($48)

Deep fried prawns coated with mango and yuzu sauce ($32) - fresh succulent prawns topped with zesty flavours

Stir-fried celtuce stems with fresh lily bulbs and lotus roots stuffed with prawn mousse ($30) - refreshing to the palate!

Stewed beancurd with seared scallop, crab roe and balsamic vinegar ($48) - decadently velvety and rich.

Sweet and sour kurobuta pork with lychees, strawberries, and hawthorn ($38)

Fried fragrant pearl rice with crabmeat, diced abalone, dried scallop and egg white ($48)

Peach blossoms sweet delight ($48) - the only dish that didn’t quite match up to expectations. Would probably choose their Asian desserts next time.

Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (very helpful staff - attentive, well versed regarding their dishes)

💰 Price: 💲💲💲💲 (about $100 per pax)

Would I return again? It has captured the hearts of my parents/grandparents so it would be a definite yes!
