HOW I GET EXERCISE IN WITH A 1 YEAR OLD

I feel like the obvious option would generally be to workout while baby naps, but there are sooo many things I have to get done in those two hours that are so difficult to do when she’s awake so for me it’s much easier to just incorporate exercise where I can instead of stressing myself out trying to get everything into such a short period of time 😊.
