Hi Zesties! 😁👋

I have just started an 18 week cutting phase and I'll be documenting my journey on Lemon8!

Here are three meals I love which are high in protein and low in calories!

1️⃣ - New Multi Chicken Breast + Egg Omelette Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pop the chicken breast into the air fryer for 10-12 mins and you're done!

I use a non stick pan for the eggs so there is no need for oil.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes (super low calories and very juicy) and spring onion for a low carb high protein meal! 😋

2️⃣ Prawn Omelette with White Rice and Furikake

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All you need is one non-stick pan for this and a rice cooker.

You can go for fresh prawns at Giant supermarket which sells them for cheap.

Or go for peeled ones from Don Don Donki.

Mix the eggs and prawn in a bowl and with a garnish of your choice and just pan fry.

Furikake adds a bit of umami which is great if you can't stand rice with no sauce 😂.

Got it from Donki as well.

Prawns are one of the leanest fresh foods available! 😋😋

3️⃣ Steamed Chicken Rice with White Rice Rating

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On days where cooking is hard, I go for my favourite neighborhood chicken rice stall!

I am lucky they have white rice available which makes it a much lower and lower fat alternative than the normal oil rice.

Go for steamed chicken breast and ask for no sauce and skin.

Cheap, tasty and convenient! 😋😋😋
