i’m so confused

i am able to redeem my #lemon8box and i went to press redeem and.. this happened.

edit: thanks to lemon8 help and @trista 💌 and everyone else’s help i finally figured it out 😭. basically the “no stock” means that i already redeemed it and they’ll reach out to me when the challenge ends. tysm everyone! i’m kinda slow when it comes to these things!
