Ingredients:

• 171g shrimp

• 127g snow crab meat

• 2.5oz @eatbanza rotini chickpeas pasta

• Marzetti Supreme Caesar dressing

• Romaine lettuce, chopped

• Oh My Cajun Seasoning (to taste)

• Italian seasoning (to taste)

• Italian seasoning (to taste)

• Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping

• Chopped lettuce

• Chopped garlic

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, rinse under cold water to cool down and stop the cooking process, then drain well.

2. While the pasta is cooking, cook shrimp until done & add the crab. Mix well then set aside.

3. Prepare your lettuce by washing and chopping it. Place it in a large mixing bowl.

4. Add cooked shrimp, crab, and pasta to the bowl of lettuce and a desirable amount of Supreme Caesar dressing then toss until the mixture is well coated. I added more garlic in mine (I love garlic) & seasoned with the Italian seasoning @ Cajun seasoning for extra flavor.

5. Top the salad with the cooked shrimp and snow crab meat & top with grated Parmesan. You can leave the seafood on top for presentation or mix it into the salad gently if preferred.
